Mission Statement
 The GMSA is organized:
· to evaluate the current state of the town, gather and organize resources and citizens and to stimulate the town’s economic and cultural foundations.
· To promote stability, growth and development
· to otherwise conduct civic, charitable and educational activities necessary and appropriate in eastern Howard County
