yourself at the library’s Self-Care Stations. This program is designed to
help restore balance to your mind and soul.
Unwind in a calming space with gentle lighting, soothing music, and
uplifting activities, including:
The Art of Gua Sha – Nail Art/Polish – Diaphragmatic Breathing
Mindful Coloring – DIY Lip Balm – Herbal Tea & Snacks
The first 20 participants will receive a complimentary gift bag filled
with self-care goodies.
